Go get a colonoscopy or a ct abd/pelv, you could have polyps you could have colon cancer, it could just be hemorrhoids, but there are many other possibilities that would require a more immediat treatment as well. I would say, call your doctor schedule an appointment tommorow and if you can't get in go to the ER and get it checked out. A CT scan is quick easy way to make sure you don't have anything major wrong with your intestines
