HELP! Avenged Sevenfold venue?

So I want to go to the A7x concert this Friday at Westfair in Council Bluffs, Iowa. I want to know if this site is dependable for buying tickets, and what the "GA1, GA2, LAWN, GA, etc." all mean... Like which is best? Thanks sooooooo much.
