If things are extremely tough with your mom, and talking wont solve anything, and moving in with ur dad feels right, but teh only thing holding u back is ur dog, iwould suggest finding someone to take your pet in. maybe u have a friend that is an animal lover or a relative. Even if she wont be close to you i guess its better that you know shes safe.
