Anyone know a good recipe that can be made with ingredients found in the pantry?

I have food at my house and I really don't want to go to the store to buy anything else at this time so does anyone have a suggestion as to what I can make that is quick simple and delicious? Thank you I'm looking for a mexican recipe if anyone has any ideas thank you.
