A care plan for someone with dementia?

There are different stages of dementia. In the beginning stage, they can usually live alone but they will eventually need someone around later on when they can't walk on their own anymore because of they are very susceptible of falling. Eventually they will need to be placed in a home where they can be looking after. Dementia is very hard on the family. The lifespan can be anywheres from just a few years to as many as 20 or so from the onset.
