Does any one know the name of this romance movie based off the synopsis?

Its a pretty old movie from somewhere in the 90s. This is a pretty weird synopsis but its the best I got. So basically there are these two brothers. Both business men. They are currently trying to sell their family's vineyard. The younger of the two brothers has a secretary whos in love with him but he doesnt notice her. the older brother comes home after being away and revamps the secretary. the secretary tries to use the older brother to make the younger brother jealous but she begins to fall for the older brother. i think its a tv movie
