Doesnt this annoy you?? please answer!?

Okay so i find this really annoying me lately. On my softball team i normally have my position as first base for the hole game. Don't this m being y bu i am one of the better players on the team. The coach decides to now sit me for 4 innings and let this other girl play first and only sit two. This girl is worse then me and misses many , But all the coaches think she is the greatest thing. IT annoys me so much that i lost my spot to her after i have made no fielding errors ,dropped , and am better than her. Has this ever happened to you and if not wouldn't this annoy you?!?!
