Hotels within walking distance to The Tokyo Metropolitan Gymnasium?

I'd like to know if there are any hotels (price range 13,000 -15,000 yen) (approx. $125.00 CAD - $150 CAD)? Also the hotel needs to be one that the Japanese Limousine Bus (from Narita airport) goes to. Thanks.
