My co-worker cries all the time?

My coworker cries at work a lot and it's pretty awkward. Songs like Christina Aguilera's Beautiful usually starts it up, or if someone starts talking about the moive Steel Magnoilas. It makes thinks awkward for the clients as most of them are professional atheletes. Is there something I can say to him to make him stop crying at sappy things?
