Can anybody help me to make a short translation from spanish to english?

In this article, I yze the characteristics that social spending have on education and the coverage and distributive impact of public investment in this area. In fourteen countries on the continent, I argued that currently, the processes of stratification in educational services gives rise to new patterns of inequality and social fragmentation expressed as segregation of benefits. I conclude that education does not ensure by itself a greater social mobility because educational levels don’t generate an intergenerational mobility due a slower growth of occupational opportunities to the educational levels reached by most people.
