How to help a pre-schooler take anti-biotic?

My lovely little lady who is 4 is taking an anti-biotic after her tonsillectomy is fighting me tooth and nail. They are banana flavoured liquid (she reacts to the dye in the bubble gum and strawberry) and have a horrible after taste. I have tried bribery and offering the Popsicle after still no dice
