Should I tell my best friend his wife is a skank?

She confessed to my girlfriend that she has done it once. Since then, she has gone out of town on weekends without him (with different people), gone to Europe without him, and even told him that she needs to branch out and have "relationships" without him without defining relationships. I know how riddiculous it sounds, but my friend really is dumb enough to believe her.
