Military Special Operations to OCS?

Why is that when an enlisted Army Ranger or Special Forces Operator goes to OCS or does Green to Gold he doesn't automatically go back into the 75th Ranger Regiment or Green Berets? The man has prior enlisted service with a Special Operations unit and the Army is just going to waste all of that man's Special Operations training in something he doesn't want to do like Signal. I know he can branch Infantry but that is still taking time away from the Green Berets or Rangers.

In my first trimester I was only nauseated and not really throwing up. Now that I am in my second trimester I notice every time I get my stomach empty I am tasting bile and this morning it made me throw up 3 different times. When she told her mom how happy she was on her first day in school (as a Senior), her mom allegedly shouted at her for no reason. She says her parents always takes their anger out on her. It has been like that for a long time. She has a problematic life, and most of the time, she's quite miserable in cl too. I have a one year old maltese and my partner recently bought a blue x red heeler puppy. The puppy is 10 weeks old and is already almost double the size of my maltese. I found one website, it had pictures and asked me questions as i scrolled down. In my mind I'm thinking "No" but all the questions were about one thing: overeating. Aren't there more factors then that? I don't eat that much each day, and being a middle schooler, I can't "snack throughout the day" and have three meals. My exercise everyday is swimming slow laps for an hour since juneI(since I read how many calories you lose, I plan on going faster :), but I've only lost 2.3 pounds! I don't have a working scale at home, and I went to the Boston Children's Hospital and had it checked there during my visit (I had a heart echo done, two weeks before a kidney ultrasound). well, i don't have long hair, so i'm not so great w/ ponytails, but i did go to google images and typed in "emo ponytail" and came up w/ some nice looking styles, that include pigtails. i don't know if you will like them, but i think they look great. but some of them have like headbands and are teased a bit and stuff like that.

Why does my car suddenly stall out for no reason?

Long story short, my boyfriend of 9 months had wanted a "break" from the relationship a bit over a week ago. His reasoning was because he's stressed/busy right now & the fact he's not sure we'll work down the road. He said it was possible we would if our paths seem to cross. Unfortunately, I had been quite negative/depressive lately & that was my choice. I am not proud of it at all & want to show him I'm working on changing (for the better..for myself & others). However, when he called me last night, I broke down into tears after I got off the phone.. Our conversation was friendly but I could tell it was a little awkward. I'm sure his feelings for me didn't immediately disappear already. I can't suddenly put my feelings to the "off" position.. I decided to write him a letter. I poured out my heart & told him I love him (had not said that yet, I'd always chicken out) and wish to meet up in late february or so to possibly revisit the relationship & see how we feel. I asked him what he thought & to please contact me.. Originally I was thinking we could just be "friends" and then ease back into his life. I don't know if I can do that & I'd be more devastated if weeks/months went by and then be crushed bc he doesn't want to start over then. I guess if he doesn't want me, I'd rather be crushed sooner rather than later. Did I do the right thing telling him how I felt & being honest? I decided I'd regret it more it if I had never told him I loved him. In my letter, I did not beg / plead, I simply asked him to rethink what he's had & for a fresh start. How long should I wait for him to respond before I simply give up & move on? I suppose if I get no response then maybe he doesn't love me after all. I am aware that you can't force someone to love, but I do know he has some feelings there as he dated me for so long. We have something that is salvageable & wasn't going to let this go down very easy.. I thought I was going to marry him! I miss him so much.. Thanks for input.

Pregnant and unhappy now what?

I'm 29 and married with 4 stepchildren. My husband and I have been married for 4 years with no kids together. I have never been pregnant and have been told by numerous doctors that my ovaries weren't working right. Ever since I was 18 yrs old the same diagnosis so at almost 30 and still no kids I just continued to enjoy my freedom. I had gone back and forth in my mind about why I couldn't do the thing that everyone I know has done more than once. Even my 16 yr old cousin but not me. Trust me other people even my husband made it worse by saying things like" Is my first wife going to be the only woman I ever have kids by? Why can't I have children with someone I love? So I kind of started feeling like maybe I wanted one knowing that in my heart of hearts I really didn't. I think it was more for him than anyone. I never wanted to be a mom because of my childhood. I never had any freedom because my mom had so many kids my sister and I were babysitters. Then as an adult I married into a ready made family;so as much as his kids get on my nerves just made me a little more sure I didn't want any. I made the mistake of telling his mother when I found out because she made me tell him. When I found out I was devastated because I felt that no one would be on my side about not having it. My husband was ecstatic and I was right no one understood my feelings. I am so miserable because there is nothing about being pregnant that is enjoyable. I am actually insulted because people are treating me different as if me being pregnant makes me more important than I was before. There is no part about being a mother that sounds good to me. I don't see anything good about losing my privacy or the spontaneity in my life. My husband says he will help me with the baby and I believe him because he has been wanting one so bad. I just know that with him working I'm going to be the one to bear the brunt of the child rearing. I can't imagine having to take a bag ,stroller and car seat everywhere I go. In some ways I feel like an ingrate because there are so many people that want children so bad and here I am saying I don't want one. I can't help the way I feel. I am so sick of people saying once you see the baby you will feel different. What if I don't? I am 4 months pregnant shouldn't I feel at least a little maternal? I don't think my mind will change it will probably make it worse because I know once its here I am stuck with it and there is no way out. Its usually the man who feels this way but I know this isn't normal and I don't want to make me or my husband unhappy. I don't know what to do because everyday I feel a little more trapped. Every time my stomach is empty (ie every morning around 3 to 9, and other times throughout the day) I get super intense nausea, and end up throwing up white foam and then sometimes that yellow bile (but always the white foam). This can't be normal- most people get hungry when their stomach is empty, not really sick. I have a very sensitive stomach in general, but these past two weeks the problem has escalated to where I'm throwing up 8 times a day :( Does this sound familiar to anybody? Honestly I would wait and see if you go or not then look into getting a Grey. they are very wonderful smart and Intelligent birds but also very nervous and something like a move or being away from you for long period of time in quarantine would not do the bird good at all. I know you want one but do what is best for the bird and wait. You would feel terrible if you got one and then had to put it through all of that and something happened to it. I would wait and while waiting I would do as much research about them as possible. I would also start buying things for it ahead of time to take with you and set up a wonderful home for it when get there. Dark Basic vs C++?

Well, im interested in becoming a videogame designer, so i'm taking courses at my school. So far i've worked with games factory (Don't think it helped me much but whatever), dark basic and flash. Dark Basic Pro is what i'm used to working with, but to check what skills are needed to this day most corperations require a knowledge of c++. My question is, is c++ significantly harder than dark basic? Or if im used to programming with this compiler, it'd be a relatively easy transition to c++.

If you can hear the disc spinning but it still won't read then its a lens problem but if the game is not even spinning at all than you may need a new blu ray drive. Currently I have two PS3s my main one just died on and am currently working on replacing the lens and the other one I just bought from someone locally for $30 bucks. But don't heed the others about putting in artifact control unless you think you need it. Your deck is about killing the enemy quickly and needs to have that concentration of vampires. I doubt there are many troublesome artifacts that can come out as swiftly as your vampires, so unless you get completely bogged down you should have won before you have troubles.

I have narrowed down my options to the K2 Domain, Salomon Suspect, Armada AR7, Volkl Ledge, and Volkl Wall. i really like how the width of head and tail of the Domain is symmetrical and its rockered and has an epic design. I heard the AR7 and Suspects are pretty descent and durable skis. I like the Ledge and Wall cuz the width of head and tail are symmetrical.and pretty nice designs. One problem is i dono if a rockered ski is good for park. I know its great for powder but i also it had great pop. So is camber better or rockered skis better for park, pipes, boxes, and all. THanks

How to get rid of a under skin pimple.?

I have 3 under the skin pimples. they were really light in color but getting fairly large and painful. unfortunatley I thought it would be a good idea to use my pimple extractor on them, but nothing came out so I think I just worsened the problem. I toned my face directly after and now have a facial mask on for problematic skin i plan on putting some 5% benzoyl on them but I don't think it will help much, what can you suggest to make them go away quick and reduce redness/inflamation??

My mom has had several of them which we raised from 8 week old puppies. They tend to get very attached to one person and they HATE everyone else. I have 2 miniature schnauzers I am very concerned about, ages 15 years and 12 years old. The 15 year old (Dixie) is going deaf and blind, losing weight and seems to be having some dementia, as she has started eating poop and pee. The 12 year old (Dandy) has lost bowel control and randomly drops poop anywhere, I don't think she is cognizant of it. She is also having difficulty using her back legs due to arthritis. The way I read it is you need one course, with 10 marks and you calculate the grade from those 10 marks. If I am reading it correct, you can get rid of the mess where you enter 10 courses and 10 marks and use a loop to read through to get the marks.

Well like you said he first needs to learn what the words "lie" and "truth" mean before you can expect him to obey when you say he needs to not lie and to tell the truth. I'd try something very simple- tell him you are going to tell him something and he has to decide if what you say is a lie or if it's true. Then just hold something in your hand, like a hat and say something like, "mommy is holding a puppy!" And ask him if that's a lie or if it's true, helping him out so he learns the difference. Mix it up some and have some statements be true and some lies. Then once he really understands what a lie is and what the truth is explain to him that telling a lie is and it can hurt people so it is not ok. (If that doesn't work, soap in the mouth always did the job on my sister and me! Lol)

You're getting ahead of yourself. You need to focus on getting into medical school at this point, not your specialty afterwards. It may seem to you that you should take college cles in child development or some such, but it doesn't work that way. Check the AAMC website for different medical schools' requirements. There really aren't that many, and you can pretty well take what you want and major in what you want in college as long as you get the minimum requirements. There's really very little advantage to taking college courses related to pediatrics. You have no idea at this point how intense your training in medical school and residency will be. You'll get what you need when you get there. Enjoy college, and take cles that will make you a better person, not a better pediatrician.

Hi my names Jeff, im 21, 5'8", 165lbs. excersize regulary./cardio and strenth training. i smoked and chewed for 4 years and quit 7-8 months ago. I've been on and off depression meds since i was 15.. Im not alregic to anything, and have no health issues. the last time i went to the doctor and told him about this, all he did was re-perscribe some depression meds.. they even hooked me up to an EKG machine, but said my heart was healthy and workin normal. the problems that i will be explaining I've had my whole life, and they've contributed to extreme anxiety, and freezing up when speakin around others, in the clroom reading and even recently around my family. its so embaring, it really has wrecked my life and im resorting to yahoo answers for a last resort. I know there are many smart people out there and im hoping someone may be able to help.. ive been having problems breathing, holding a deep breathe hurts, When I speak vocally I can't really say more than a few words without my lungs being exausted, the air seems to escape very quicky through my mouth when speaking,and i have to breathe...the air escapes faster with certain words and sounds than others, and i can say some more clearly and some sounds are hard for me to say crisp because the air slips out so fast. . My upper back muscles have been hurting, and the more i stretch my upper back it feels good but kinda hurts at same time. They are getting sore now from really stretching those muscles hard.,still having irritating pain and discomfort when i move my back side to side. When I drink soda it gets hard to breathe and to catch my breathe, even harder than it is normally When i drink more water its easier to breathe a bit. but doesnt help all that much more.. my heart always feels heavy in my chest, and pounding hard most of the time. Only time i feel a lil normal and can talker normal is when i awake from sleep for about 20-30 mins. Then mild anxiety rolls thru me.. prolly 2-5 at all times, and gettin around 7-10 when around alot of people. Ive been drinkin alot of alcohol and thats the only way to kill the anxiety.. I've been exercising alot latey and I've been jumpin jump rope to getmy heartrate up, and build up stamina, but i can only excersise so much and its not helpin to much with the anxiety or ability to help me speak better/clearer/more without needin a breathe.. this **** is wreckin my life, anyone have any idea whats goin on?? Tell me if you've ever noticed this when watching pros play televised matches. When taking their practice strokes for a draw shot, they don't place their cue tip anywhere near where they actually end up hitting the cue ball. It really depends on dominant and recessive genes and what the parents have in their bloodline. For instance, I have a female German Sheperd who is a standard black and tan, but her father was white. If I breed her with another Shepherd that doesn't have white in his bloodline, there's virtually no chance she will have a white puppy, as white is a recessive gene that is required by both parents. But that's not to say if I breed her with a white male or male with white in his bloodline that she will definitely have a white puppy either. It's just a chance she will.

About once a month or maybe more my 10 year old Jack Russel throws up bile. Sometimes when I witness it he falls down after wards and staggers to get back up. Why does WIC put the whole milk on every check?

I think it's so retarded of WIC to put my son's whole milk on every check because that means in order for me to get the other things on the check I have to purchase the milk or just leave the milk out. I have read all of your question. It really seems like you may be married to a brat who has difficulty facing reality. There are a lot of other Navy people out there with years and years more experience in their job, with leadership positions and lots of college education that get out of the Navy and have a horrible time trying to find anything even close to the pay and benefits he is receiving now even at the three year mark. He is living in la la land thinking he will be able to get out with zero more education than he went in with, at his age of 27 and think he will be able to find ONE job that will be able to take care of his family in the way you all like. Here's a hint. I have three different civilian friends who never served in the military. They all have families and they all have college degrees from very good universities. They all pay out of their own pocket for health care insurance. The minimum is $800 a month for a family of 4. Does your husband really believe he will be able to leave the Navy behind with no added education under his belt, no real leadership skills because he is probably no higher than an E4 and go out in the real world and get a real job that gives you guys all that he has now? Yes the Navy can suck a lot. He is still at his first command. He needs to do a lot of research and find a better command and reenlist for orders. He needs to bust some and advance to the next pay grade so he can have a better life at work and more pay at home. He can be stationed nearly anywhere with his rating, but from what you are saying it really sounds like he is just doing life day by day and not doing a single thing to make life better for himself or his family. Why should you have to support a baby like him who is a grown man at 27 years of age and 28 if he gets out just because he doesn't like his job? If you both work that is one thing you can choose to do, but he sounds like he likes to take the easy way out of things and would be totally happy to let you bring home all the money. There is a pattern here. He ended up in the Navy at 24 for some reason and it probably has something to do with having no ability to pay the bills and you being pregnant and unable to support him still. Am I right. Not an uncommon story you know. You seem much more mature than he is and you need to put your foot down and tell him to step up and be a man. Unless he can guarantee a REAL job with REAL benefits and REAL pay before he gets out, bue better at least extend for a year or so so he can get his crap together. I have friends the are Nuclear Engineers in the Navy and has several degrees in the same subject and even they have a hard time getting good jobs out in the real world. You need to start talking about the real world and what will happen to your family if he can't get a job. Can you earn enough on your own to support all 4 of you with rent, food, insurance, cars, utilities......everything on your own. If the answer is no than he needs to stay in the Navy until he can take care of your family with and without your help. If anything happens to you, he would have to take care of everything and if he can't do that he needs to do whatever it takes to be able to do so. Sorry to be honest, but I know A LOT about situations just like yours.
