Which scheme should I play?

I am playing this simulation Game on a site and I piked the Panthers. I am able to set my scheme. I have these options P Heavy, Rush Heavy and Balanced. Which one would you pick? The guy who it running the simulation games said my team is set at Balanced. I lost my first game today and was wonder if I should change it?
